Peter Pan and super sleepovers
Well we have done it!
We have planned a Swan sensational sleepover – with two days either side full of exciting activities. I am really pleased that we have managed to plan this for Swan class and I know everyone is really excited .
Speaking of excitement .. when I thought the class couldn’t get any more excited we announce the end of the the year show.
We are doing a version of Peter Pan . Parts have been cast and we are already loving some of the songs.
We did do a lot of work this week of course. Nothing gets in the way of our learning. Ratio . with some very, very challenging problems and continuing to read the Wolves of Willoughby Chase to accompany our reading lessons. We have also started the Eye of the Wolf which links nicely to the wolf theme. We are going on to White Fang!.. I think I spot a theme! In our Shackleton work we worked on language and even read a play to get a better idea of what it was like out on the Weddell Sea.
In science we continue to work on forces and we have been working on understanding what musical notes look like and drawing them
Well done to our learners of the week for super vocab and hard work in maths.
