    Fiona has led four Primary schools as Headteacher, giving her the opportunity to develop her leadership skills, enabling her to improve schools and develop good to outstanding practice. Her training specialised in Early Years and Music but she has taught across the age ranges including a year in a secondary school. Fiona gained further qualifications in Leadership and Special Educational Needs, which she is passionate about. Outside school she enjoys singing, playing the piano and clarinet, photography and cooking.

    After a successful Army Career, Jo obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree and subsequently a Post Graduate Certificate of Education at Liverpool (Hope) University. She began her second career in teaching in Chester – moving to Wrexham and then coming back to Cheshire. Joanne gained a Masters in Education in 2016 from Glyndwr University. In her spare time she enjoys walking her three dogs, doing different craft activities and creating ‘culinary masterpieces’.

    I have been a Teaching Assistant in primary schools for over 30 years. I qualified as a HLTA 10 years ago.
    I worked at University Primary Academy Kidsgrove for 23 years and moved to Weaverham Academy in January 2018.
    In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog Ruby and relaxing at my caravan in North Wales.

    Janine has worked for many years within school and is an EYFS practitioner. She currently works as a one to one, specialising in SEND and behavioral issues.
    In her spare time she enjoys travelling with her family, rugby, motorsports and looking after her numerous reptiles.

    He qualified as a teacher in Lancaster where he completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree and QTS.

    In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, painting canvas's and walking her dog.

    In her spare time she enjoys days out with her family and baking.

    Sandra has been a Teaching Assistant for many years, having taught all age groups from Reception, to Post 16. Sandra has a good understanding of Special Needs having worked in a Special Needs School for over 5 years, prior to working at NWAT. Before working in education, Sandra worked for a large multinational company working in Sales, Customer Service and Logistics, shipping chemicals all over the world by sea and air.
    In her spare time Sandra loves being with her family and enjoying their company. She has a great thirst for nature, wildlife, gardening and the outdoors, especially with her dog by her side. She enjoys watching sport and generally loving life!

    Prior to working in education, Nicci worked in advertising in London, Cambridge and Leeds. She enjoys football, socialising, and believes laughter is a great medicine.

    I have been at the school for over 2 years and I am married to Debbie our catering manager. We live with our 11 year old daughter and 13 year old nephew, and the crazy dog Poppy.
    I have had a number of jobs in my life from sales executive to pub manager.
    I have a highly creative side and if you visit the school you can see the models that I make, or by checking the school productions we have performed.
    I enjoy time alone fishing but also enjoy days out with the kids and the dog.
    I also recently designed the set and props for the production of "The Secret Garden" at the Nantwich Theatre. which I enjoyed very much and would like to continue on other productions in the local area.

    Jo is an experienced teacher, having taught in both mainstream and special needs settings, covering KS1-KS3 (5-14 years) and in senior management positions. Jo is the Inclusion Manager for North West Academies Trust, supporting schools with Safeguarding and Special Educational Needs.
