Don’t miss the deadline for a place in our Reception Class!
Applications for Reception Places will close on 15 January 2019 (use link below to apply).
Formerly University Primary Academy Weaverham, we are now managed by North West Academies Trust (NWAT), which is one of the country’s top performing trusts.
Since the change over, which took place at the start of November, we already have a programme of improvements in place. These are specifically designed to help children achieve their full potential through fun and engaging learning.
All NWAT schools benefit from sharing resources and best practice with other schools within the trust.
- Oak View Academy, in Winsford, which was named as the most improved primary in Cheshire West and Chester for progress in reading.
- Delamere Academy, near Northwich, which was recently named one of the top 10 non-fee paying primary schools in the country by Tatler magazine, for consistently featuring in the top 1% of schools in Government’s School Performance Tables.
- St Martin’s Academy in Chester was rated outstanding by Ofsted within a year of its opening in 2013 and is the most over-subscribed school in Cheshire.
We take children out of the classroom as much as possible to give them the opportunity to learn new skills and discover the world around them. Our track record at proves that this approach brings very high levels of attainment and – most importantly – happy, nurtured and confident children.
If you are interested in joining us, please take some time to a look around our website find out more about the wonderful opportunities available to our children each and every day. We work extremely hard to ensure our curriculum excites imaginations and opens children’s eyes to a whole world of possibility.
We know a website can only tell you so much, which is why we would also encourage you to visit our school to talk to staff and pupils.
Details about our Open Days will be advertised on the homepage soon.
